Everyone that worked there was very pleasant!! Trish who prepared the Continental Breakfast excellent. Housekeeping Chanet provided me with more towels with quickness!! Definitely will be visiting NC and renting from Springhill Suites!

The room was large and nicely decorated. The first room we checked into, #218, was very clean. Due to a clogged toilet that could not be plunged, we had to move to room #212 which was not very clean. The carpets needed shampooing. There was only an empty box where the facial tissues should be.

For the eco-conscious traveler, a Tesla Supercharger and an EVGo station in the nearby Walmart parking lot is a thoughtful touch, ensuring your vehicle is as ready for the journey as you are. But the cherry on top has to be the breakfast offerings. The spread is impressive, with various options from hot oatmeal and DIY waffles to scrumptious breakfast sandwiches. And nothing beats starting the day with a cup of fresh hot coffee or tea. Springhill Suites Marriott Lumberton offers a harmonious blend of comfort, convenience, and commendable service. It's a place I'd happily recommend to anyone visiting the area.

quick check in. very clean and quiet. didn’t use any of the amenities like the pool, gym, laundry or the complimentary breakfast but it’s nice that they have those available.

Breakfast was good just wish it was till at least 10 instead of 9. Great staff especially Chanet (mama) she helped us with our daughter who passed out in the parking lot due to medical reasons. Chanet brought out a wheelchair and made sure we got her safely to our room. Thank you.

Staff was amazing. Extremely friendly. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and very large. Breakfast was ok but could have had a better selection. This is my second time staying here and overall I would stay again.

the room was spacious and affordable. staff was wonderful from the start with all smiles even asked us what floor we wanted our room on. the bathroom was huge and they had body wash shampoo and conditioner in the shower to use.
